Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and perform three-way matching to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Resolve queries and discrepancies related to invoices and payments
  • Reconcile statements to ensure all transactions are accounted for
  • Chase approval for invoices to be paid and prepare them for payment runs

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a finance position, preferably in accounts payable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve invoice queries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
