The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
- Purchase ledger management
- Sales ledger management
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Statement reconciliations
- Coding invoices to the purchase ledger
- Responsibility of weekly/monthly BACS and transfer payments
- Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
- Assist with Intrastat reporting
- Processing of expense claims
- Calculating Month End Accruals
- Responsibility for the Petty Cash
- Allocating credit notes
- Month end processes
- Reconciliations
