Position: Senior/Principal Associate - Private Client
Location: Norwich
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled associate to enhance our dynamic Private Client Team. This position is primarily based in Norwich, with occasional travel to other offices. You will collaborate closely with partners on intricate and high-value cases while managing your own portfolio of clients. Our diverse clientele ranges from landowners to entrepreneurs, necessitating a collaborative approach with various teams, including real estate and corporate.
Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) acquired at a prominent regional or City firm, providing counsel to high net worth individuals and trustees on various matters, including:
  • Estate and succession planning
  • Inheritance tax and capital gains tax
  • Complex Will drafting
  • Trustee powers and responsibilities
  • Establishment of trusts
Experience in managing your own cases, including financial oversight, is essential. Candidates who have completed or are pursuing the STEP Diploma will be favored.

Team Collaboration:
You will primarily collaborate with Lauren Parker and Elizabeth Field, along with other members of the broader Private Client team.
