About the Role

As a valued member of our esteemed team, you will collaborate with seasoned partners James Kidd and Alex Russell to provide expert guidance to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-market private sector organizations. Your responsibilities will encompass advising on employment law issues, engaging in strategic business development initiatives to elevate the firm's profile, and representing clients across diverse sectors such as education and public services.

Key Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in employment law within a reputable legal practice
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Genuine enthusiasm for employment law
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to manage Employment Tribunal cases
  • Interest in client education, information technology, marketing, and business growth
  • Self-driven with meticulous attention to detail

Your position will involve close collaboration with partners and a team of Principal Associates, working alongside colleagues from various offices, and contributing to the firm's cross-office Employment, Pensions, and Immigration National Service Line team.
