About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at DS Recruitment. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Precision and Grounded Leadership: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our operations, ensuring that all our services meet the highest standards and are delivered on time.
  • Data-Driven and Activity-Based Leadership: Lead and manage our operational teams by focusing on measurable outcomes and ongoing activity, using data and metrics to guide your team with clear objectives and precise targets.
  • Strategic Operations Management: Collaborate with senior management to develop operational strategies that align with our business goals, setting strategic objectives for operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Resource Management and Optimization: Manage and procure resources, ensuring that everything from tools to inventory is maintained at optimal levels, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations within budget.
  • Compliance, Risk Management, and Compassion: Ensure that all operations comply with legal and company regulations, developing and implementing best practices, identifying potential risks, and creating effective mitigation plans.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in operational management, with a strong track record in setting and achieving KPIs.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in operational software and MS Office.
  • A meticulous and highly organized approach, with a focus on detail, accuracy, and grounded decision-making.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a preference for managing by data and metrics, or by staying connected to ongoing activities and ensuring everyone is on track.
