About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Building and Community Coordinator. As the point of contact for our residents, you will be responsible for ensuring that our developments are fully compliant with health and safety regulations. You will work closely with our internal teams, including Sales, Development, and Completions, to facilitate external contractors and ensure that the Health and Safety requirements of each development are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and be the primary point of contact for our residents
  • Conduct regular checks, including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Facilitate external contractors and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed
  • Ensure that the Health and Safety requirements of each development are met
  • Assist with the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition for our residents
  • Organize events and activities to foster a sense of community among our residents
  • Deal with emergencies in a calm and professional manner
  • Build lasting relationships with our residents and their families

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and personable individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. You will be responsible for using internal systems and reporting tools, so strong IT skills are essential. Experience in facilities or property management, particularly in health and safety, is an advantage.
