This role will involve working across multiple reception desks within the Camglen Area, requiring the ability to travel between sites. A car driver is preferable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Work across multiple reception desks, requiring travel between sites
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and stakeholders
  • Ensure confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretion are maintained at all times
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages and other IT systems

Requirements

  • Standard grade level or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills in customer care
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Understanding of procedures and processes
  • Ability to prioritize work and work on own initiative
  • Proficient in IT skills, including Microsoft packages

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in a reception role or customer care
  • Experience dealing with members of the public
  • Working knowledge of NHS systems

Contract Type

Permanent

Part-time

36.5 hours

Please note that this is a part-time post, and the salary will be pro-rata.

Location and Working Pattern

This role will be based in Administration within the Camglen Area.

The working pattern for this role will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
