The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure the smooth running of the service.
This role will involve working across multiple reception desks within the Camglen Area, requiring the ability to travel between sites. A car driver is preferable.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff
- Work across multiple reception desks, requiring travel between sites
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and stakeholders
- Ensure confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretion are maintained at all times
- Proficient in Microsoft packages and other IT systems
Requirements
- Standard grade level or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Well-developed interpersonal skills in customer care
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Understanding of procedures and processes
- Ability to prioritize work and work on own initiative
- Proficient in IT skills, including Microsoft packages
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in a reception role or customer care
- Experience dealing with members of the public
- Working knowledge of NHS systems

36.5 hours

This role will be based in Administration within the Camglen Area.
