About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at RecruitUk Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient running of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary Management: Manage and coordinate the daily schedules and appointments of our financial advisers.
  • Scheduling: Schedule meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Documentation: Ensure all appointments and commitments are met and prepare necessary documentation for meetings.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communication related to diary management and professional connections.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing company events and functions, if needed.

Requirements
  • Administration Experience: Administration experience within finance, law, or other corporate environment.

  • Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage own workload.
  • Interest in Financial Services: Interest in studying Financial Services qualifications in the future.
  • Client Interaction: Confident with interacting with clients.
  • Teamwork: Being able to work both independently and as a team.
