Compensation: £27,000 - £28,000

Work Location: St Albans (relocating to Luton in the near future)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM – office-based with flexible scheduling options

Role Objective
Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and Finance departments to facilitate seamless operations across the company's sales, service, and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries.
· Ensure the effective processing of sales and service requests.
· Oversee the management of supplier and customer invoices.
· Coordinate the logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
· Generate invoices and monitor billing activities.
· Provide comprehensive administrative support and assistance.
