Key Responsibilities for the
Finance Operations Coordinator:


  • Manage purchasing tasks, including generating purchase orders, tracking orders, verifying deliveries against invoices, and handling related administrative duties
  • Oversee accounts tasks, which involve entering purchase invoices, allocating costs to appropriate job codes and nominal codes, reconciling invoices with purchase orders, organizing files, and addressing any supplier inquiries
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks within the Finance Department as needed
  • The ideal candidate for this Finance Operations Coordinator position will possess:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable finance administration role
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
