Finance Operations Coordinator:
- Manage purchasing tasks, including generating purchase orders, tracking orders, verifying deliveries against invoices, and handling related administrative duties
- Oversee accounts tasks, which involve entering purchase invoices, allocating costs to appropriate job codes and nominal codes, reconciling invoices with purchase orders, organizing files, and addressing any supplier inquiries
- Perform miscellaneous tasks within the Finance Department as needed
- The ideal candidate for this Finance Operations Coordinator position will possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable finance administration role
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
