Business/Project Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Business/Project Administrator to join our team at Network - Career Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various areas of the business, including procurement, finance, estimating, and production teams.

The ideal candidate will have a solid project/business administration background, preferably in a design studio, architectural practice, or printing company. They will be required to work efficiently and effectively to ensure smooth project delivery and timely completion of tasks.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and managing projects from start to finish
  • Providing administrative support to the procurement, finance, estimating, and production teams
  • Ensuring all necessary permits, passes, and paperwork are in place for installation teams
  • Establishing and maintaining effective project governance, processes, and systems
  • Assisting in the development of career pathways within the business

The successful candidate will be a dynamic and highly organized individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Full knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential for this role.
