Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Repair Operations Coordinator to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating routine and emergency repair activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and Coordinate Repair Activities: Plan and organize repair schedules to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Communicate with Clients: Effectively communicate with clients to arrange service appointments and address inquiries.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of repair activities, parts inventory, and service reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repair tasks and provide administrative support to the repair team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in the lift industry.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
