Position Overview

The individual in this role will oversee the provision of housing solutions for all relevant personnel, both on-site and off-site. This includes assisting the Head of Facilities Management with all necessary administrative and reporting tasks to ensure the effective oversight of Staff Residences.

The aim is to optimize revenue from Staff Housing by guaranteeing that all properties are available for occupancy and meet required standards.

The individual will also be expected to assist the Assistant Facilities Managers with various additional responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

The individual will manage the Trust's Staff Housing block, delivering a proficient and effective support service to all residents, which includes:

- Reviewing and adjusting rental fees as necessary.

- Ensuring that Tenancy Agreements are accurately completed.

- Monitoring the effectiveness of Cleaning Services.

- Coordinating and overseeing all minor maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

Essential

  • A Level education or equivalent.

  • ECDL or equivalent qualification.

  • Prior experience in a Residential Letting environment.
