Salary Details:

We offer a competitive hourly rate, with under 18's receiving £8.50 per hour and over 18's receiving £13 per hour.

About The Role

As a member of our Event Support Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our matchday events. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Serving Drinks and Food: Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons while serving a variety of drinks and food options.
  • Accurate Sales Transactions: Record sales transactions accurately on our EPOS system to maintain a high level of financial integrity.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy bar area, including wiping down tables, washing glasses, and ensuring the bar is well-stocked at all times.
  • Stock Management: Ensure that all areas, including the bar and kitchen, are well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Hospitality and Catering Responsibilities:

  • Waiting on Tables: Provide exceptional service to our VIP guests, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and preparing bills.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of food options to our patrons.
  • Clearing Tables and Tidying: Clear tables and tidy hospitality areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
