Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Blu Selection - Recruitment Agency. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand customer base.
- Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships to increase sales and revenue.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Beauty and Cosmetics industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
