Business Development Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team at a rapidly growing telecoms reseller. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the SME and Mid-Market sectors.


  • Hybrid (with head office in a remote location)

Our company is dedicated to providing innovative telecoms solutions to businesses. We specialize in offering Hosted Voice, Unified Communications (UC), IT, Mobile, and Connectivity services that empower businesses to thrive in today's digital landscape.


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SME and Mid-Market sectors.

- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our telecoms solutions to effectively articulate their value proposition to prospective clients.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients.


Requirements:


- Proven track record of success in new business acquisition within the telecoms industry.

- Strong background in selling Hosted Voice, UC, Mobile, and Connectivity solutions.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.

- Ability to work independently in a remote-based role, while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.
