Business Development Manager

£40k-£45k + Uncapped OTE + Car Allowance

The Company


A market-leading MSP based in Staffordshire with a 30-history year in the IT industry. With partners such as Microsoft, Cisco and enreach, this company supplies solutions to major businesses across the UK.


The Role


The Business Development Manager will oversee acquisition of new business through managing the sales team and taking a hands-on approach, leading by example. This field-based role will require travelling to meet with clients and prospects to ultimately close sales.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Carry out cold calling to generate interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
  • Manage and guide sales team to hit and exceed targets
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers.


The Requirements


  • Minimum 4 years experience in B2B sales in IT, MSP, Cloud, Telephony
  • Strong technical abilities for product demonstrations
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
