The Company -


Rullion is proud to partner with a global client specializing in transforming efficiency, safety, and sustainability for clients in power, nuclear, renewable energy, water, and transportation, offering advanced systems integration, cybersecurity, and digital transformation to optimize performance and ensure compliance.


The Role -


As a Business Development Manager, you will primarily be focused on growing existing accounts in your market segment, you will be assisting clients in the energy sector with their journey to Net Zero and sourcing new business partnerships within the energy and renewables sector.


Responsibilities -


- Key Account Management of existing clients within your market segment and growing customer relationships

- Forge new business partnerships, the role is largely growing existing accounts but will have an element of new business development

- Develop a growth strategy and plan for individual market segments whilst mapping out the total addressable market

- Keep up to date with market trends and develop a deeper understanding of the energy sector


Requirements -


Whilst all requirements would be great, we are also hiring on potential so if you don’t hit all the criteria but think you would make a good addition please apply and let us know why

- An understanding of the Energy and Renewables sector

- Evidence of growing new business and customer accounts within either the same or similar sector (Energy, Oil and Gas, Power, Renewables etc)

- Evidence of implementing a growth strategy and new business strategy within complex industries

- Proven Sales or technical experience with one or all of the following:

SCS/Protection/PLC/SCADA/DCS/Telemetry systems.
