Position Overview: We are looking for a Lead Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will oversee the quality assurance processes across our comprehensive Reality DTx solution, which includes the client application for wearable AR glasses, the web portal, and the API integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance Leadership: Ensure that all QA activities meet the highest standards, validating that our solutions function optimally.
  • Test Automation Development: Design and implement automated testing frameworks to enhance the efficiency and consistency of our testing processes.
  • Defect Tracking: Manage and document software defects, collaborating with development teams to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including development, product management, and UX/UI design, to gather requirements and foster a culture of quality.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including plans, cases, and results, to ensure clarity on software performance.
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure that QA processes comply with relevant quality standards and certifications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek ways to enhance QA processes and automation, driving efficiency in our practices.
  • Performance Testing: Assist in performance testing initiatives to identify and address potential software bottlenecks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong programming skills and knowledge of OOP concepts.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Background in QA for web/mobile applications and APIs.
  • Familiarity with test management systems and modular test case design.
  • Proficient in SQL and database management.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in QA for AR or VR applications.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD integration for automation.
  • Familiarity with version control systems.
  • Exposure to performance testing tools.
  • Ability to analyze QA metrics effectively.
