Position Summary: We are looking for a Lead Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our Reality DTx Augmented Reality (AR) rehabilitation software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance Leadership: Take charge of the QA processes, ensuring all testing activities are executed to the highest standards, thereby guaranteeing optimal performance of our software solutions.
  • Automation Development: Design and implement automated testing frameworks to enhance the efficiency and consistency of our testing processes across various software releases.
  • Defect Tracking: Monitor and manage software defects using appropriate tracking systems, collaborating with development teams to replicate and resolve issues promptly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various teams, including developers and product managers, to gather requirements and foster a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Documentation Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including plans and case results, to ensure clarity on software behavior and performance.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry quality standards and certifications, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to enhance QA processes and automate activities to boost overall efficiency.
  • Performance Testing: Assist in the performance testing strategy, analyzing results to identify and address potential software bottlenecks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts with strong coding skills, preferably in C#.
  • Extensive experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as NUnit and Selenium.
  • Solid background in QA practices for web and mobile applications, APIs, and backend services.
  • Thorough understanding of testing methodologies and processes.
  • Experience with Test Management systems and modular test case design.
  • Familiarity with application monitoring and error tracking tools.
  • Proficient in database management and SQL querying.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in QA for AR or VR applications.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and certifications.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Familiarity with version control systems.
  • Exposure to performance testing tools.
  • Ability to analyze and report QA metrics effectively.
