Rubicon Consulting is seeking a Quality Assurance and Health Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality assurance and health and safety support across the business.

The Quality Assurance and Health Specialist will report to the Quality and Safety Manager and will be a member of the QESH team. Key responsibilities include providing business-wide support on quality and safety, conducting QA inspections, reviewing and approving documentation, and designing and implementing quality systems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role and be fully conversant with ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 45001. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as the role requires liaison with employees, management, clients, and external suppliers.

The Quality Assurance and Health Specialist will also be responsible for managing and leading external client and third-party company audits and assessments. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel are required.

Desirable requirements include an awareness of automation systems development, security requirements, and the ISO 27001 Information Security Management standard.

The successful candidate will be able to prioritize effectively and manage conflicting issues. A good standard of education, preferably to degree level, and membership of a relevant institute (CQA, IOSH, IEMA) are desirable.
