Main Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Standards: Design and implement robust quality assurance standards and a quality framework that ensures excellence in our services.
- Empower and Support Staff: Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to staff to successfully implement and embed new initiatives, with a focus on quality of practice.
- Support Fidelity Assessments: Coordinate preparation for supported employment Fidelity assessments, ensuring processes are robust and quality assurance records are up to date.
- Reflect and Improve: Use reflective learning from Fidelity assessments, reviews, and audits to improve continuous practice, performance, and commissioning outcomes.
You will have:
- Extensive Knowledge of Quality Assurance Tools: Possess a deep understanding of various quality assurance tools and their application in education and training.
- Expert Knowledge in Quality Assurance and Performance Intelligence: Demonstrate expertise in quality assurance and performance intelligence, including implementing robust data quality mechanisms and recording standards.
- Experience in Developing Quality Framework Self-Assessment Documents: Have experience in creating quality framework self-assessment documents and processes.
- Experience in Motivating and Mentoring Staff: Possess experience in motivating and mentoring staff or leading on performance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
