Role Overview:
As the Store Operations Manager, you will oversee all facets of store management, including team motivation, customer satisfaction enhancement, and driving financial performance. This dynamic role requires you to lead by example, actively engage with your team, and pursue your own professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage operational costs effectively.
2. Drive sales and profitability.
3. Ensure security measures are adhered to in accordance with company protocols.
4. Maintain high standards of customer service, health and safety, and food hygiene.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
6. Keep administrative tasks up to date as per existing guidelines.
