About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Shift Manager to join our team at Lidl. As a Retail Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times
  • Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
