Store Operations Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at The Perfume Shop. As a Store Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of your store, leading a diverse team and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Performance: Deliver daily, weekly, and yearly targets, ensuring your team is equipped to meet expectations.
- Store Operations: Review store performance, identify challenges, and implement action plans to drive improvement.
- Team Management: Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, security protocols, and stock inventory.
- Rota Management: Develop and implement store rotas, ensuring effective team management and coverage.
- Staff Development: Coach and mentor staff, setting them up for success through regular 1:1s, performance monitoring, and recognition.
- Recruitment: Recruit and select talented team members, recognizing the importance of a great team in driving store performance.
Requirements:
- Management Experience: Proven management experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to store operations.
- Commercial Acumen: Commercial acumen and understanding of daily store operations.
- Flexibility: Flexibility with work patterns and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
