Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential setting.

About the Role:
  • Provide daily care and support to children and young people, including attending appointments, education, cleaning, cooking, and engaging in activities.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children and young people to develop and grow.
  • Encourage positive choices and milestones in the lives of the children and young people in our care.
  • Liaise with professional networks, including social workers, police, mental health services, and youth offending teams.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, plus a sleep-in allowance of £50 per sleep-in, with 10 sleep-ins per month.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
