About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families, promoting trust and understanding.
  • Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager and other team members to ensure the highest standards of care and supervision are maintained.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each child are met.
  • Participate in on-call rota and provide support to the team during out-of-hours periods.
Requirements
  • QCF Level 3/4 in Children's Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
