Job Title: Internal Sales Support

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Office Based

Salary: £23,000-26,000 DOE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Support to join our dynamic and busy team. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide comprehensive support to our External Account Managers, ensuring they have all the resources needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Support to External Account Managers: Ensure they have all the resources needed to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Liaison: Act as a point of contact for dealer client base and corporate clients, handling general inquiries, price requests, lead times, and image requests.
  • Quotations and Orders: Prepare and issue quotations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Receive and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Site Installations and Deliveries: Coordinate site installations and deliveries, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous sales office or customer service experience is essential, with the ability to confidently communicate with customers over the phone.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar and accuracy.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment, providing assistance and support to colleagues when needed.
  • Manufacturing Industry: Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable but not essential.
