Key Responsibilities:
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers in the UK region, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns.
- You will be responsible for customer onboarding and training, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers as they navigate our online system.
- You will conduct period-end account checks to ensure accurate invoicing and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- You will collaborate with customers to evaluate, communicate, finalize, and follow up on stock audits, ensuring compliance with our quality standards.
- You will contribute to monthly customer review meetings, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- You will monitor customer stock movements, investigate discrepancies, and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer master data and ensuring data integrity.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers reporting quality issues, working closely with our Quality Department to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- You will have a strong background in customer support, with experience in a similar role or equivalent knowledge gained through training or experience.
- You will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with a passion for working with numbers and attention to detail.
- You will be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and able to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- You will be able to work independently, setting priorities and managing your workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be able to maintain a high level of focus and drive, even in short deadlines.
- You will communicate professionally and constructively with customers and internal employees.
- You will have a strong working knowledge of MS Office and be able to learn our internal software quickly.
