Job Summary:

Tosca is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the UK region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist customers with onboarding and training, ensuring a seamless experience and building long-term relationships.
  • Train customers on the use of our online system, including placing orders, stock declarations, and managing stock balances.
  • Perform period-end account checks to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Evaluate, communicate, finalize, and follow up on stock audits at customers.
  • Contribute to monthly customer review meetings.
  • Monitor customer stock movements and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Manage customer master data.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues and collaborate with the Quality Department to resolve these issues.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Relevant training or experience in customer support, industrial clerking, or office management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn internal software.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
