About CRM Marketing and Your Role

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) entails overseeing customer interactions via email, SMS, and push notifications. As a Lead CRM Strategist, you will manage campaign execution, database expansion, and strategies for customer retention.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee CRM campaigns and key performance indicators for global clientele
  • Collaborate closely with client teams on strategies for database enhancement
  • Implement campaigns aimed at retaining customers throughout their lifecycle
  • Innovate campaign strategies based on data insights and audience analysis
  • Design data-driven customer journey initiatives
  • Foster and maintain client relationships
  • Guide and mentor direct reports

What We Seek

  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Degree in marketing or a related discipline
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns
  • Strong collaborative and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of lifecycle optimization techniques
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Confidence in presenting to stakeholders
