Job Overview: The Lead Marketing Strategist will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of PHMG's diverse range of offerings, with a focus on advancing the Audio Branding domain while branching into associated fields such as Cloud Telephony, Data Analytics, and Connectivity.

This position will encompass the development of portfolio strategies, spearheading new product initiatives, overseeing product performance, and crafting marketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand visibility, trial, and consideration. Furthermore, the role will involve formulating and executing marketing support strategies for client services.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Strategy Development:

  • Formulate and execute strategic plans for the audio branding portfolio.
  • Manage additional portfolio segments including Cloud Telephony, business connectivity, analytics solutions, cybersecurity, and AI tools for enterprises.
  • Ensure alignment with overarching business objectives and market dynamics.

New Product Initiative Leadership:

  • Guide the ideation process for innovative products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft new product propositions and implement comprehensive launch strategies.
  • Evaluate post-launch performance and refine strategies as needed.

Performance Management of Portfolio & Products:

  • Track and assess performance metrics for each portfolio category to identify growth avenues.
  • Implement strategies to broaden the client base, enhance revenues, and improve overall product performance.

Marketing Plans for Client Services:

  • Design and execute marketing strategies to support the strategic objectives of client services.
  • Work closely with the client services team to understand client requirements and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
  • Oversee client communications and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Utilize analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Management of PPC & SEO Marketing Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the SEO agency to optimize budget allocation and lead conversion processes.

CRM Email Campaign Management:

  • Design and oversee nurture campaigns for prospects, managing client email updates and campaign performance.

Annual Marketing Budget Planning:

  • Assist in the planning and management of the annual marketing budget.
