Key Responsibilities:

Execute demand generation and customer retention initiatives, assess and report on performance; refine campaigns as necessary.

Craft engaging content for various marketing platforms including websites, social media, and email communications.

Develop nurturing campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools.

Manage social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.

Track, analyze, and report on activity across channels to the Head of Campaigns.

Collaborate with the Creative team to produce high-quality visual and engaging marketing campaigns.

Oversee and coordinate multiple projects and initiatives concurrently, consistently delivering high-quality results within established service levels and budgets, often under tight deadlines.

Meet lead generation KPIs and monitor progress through to conversion.

Empower Sales Teams by providing essential sales and marketing materials.

Assist with customer service communications as needed.

Candidate Profile:

Possess a degree or equivalent CIM qualification, though this is not mandatory.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and content creation abilities, along with a solid understanding of numeracy.

Ability to analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities and challenges using Google Analytics and similar platforms.

Preferred experience in search engine marketing and SEO content, though not essential.

Preferred experience in paid advertising, including social media and potentially PPC, though not essential.

Confident in presenting alternative and innovative perspectives while collaborating in a team, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Exhibit strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

Willingness to acquire new skills and a genuine passion for digital marketing.

Comfortable working in a digital environment with colleagues and partners, with a keen interest in understanding diverse customer behaviors.

Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in spelling and grammar.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary up to £35,000 based on experience.
