Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute demand generation and customer retention initiatives, assess and report on performance; refine campaigns as necessary.
  • Craft engaging content across various marketing platforms including websites, social media, and email communications.
  • Develop nurturing campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools.
  • Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
  • Track, analyze, and report on activity across channels to the Head of Campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to produce high-quality visual and engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality results within established service levels and budgets.
  • Meet lead generation KPIs and monitor through to conversion.
  • Equip Sales Teams with necessary marketing and sales materials.
  • Assist in customer service communications as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a degree or equivalent CIM qualification, though this is not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and content creation abilities, along with a solid understanding of numeracy.
  • Ability to monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities and challenges using Google Analytics and similar platforms.
  • Preferred experience in search engine marketing and SEO content, though not essential.
  • Preferred experience in paid advertising, including social media and potentially PPC, though not essential.
  • Confident in presenting alternative and creative perspectives while collaborating in a team, with strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Willingness to acquire new skills and a genuine passion for digital marketing.
  • Comfortable working in a digital environment with colleagues and partners, with a keen interest in understanding diverse customer behaviors.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in spelling and grammar.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary up to £35,000 based on experience.
