Role Description

In the capacity of the Business Change Manager, you will collaborate with the ST&R team to enhance business results through the implementation of new operational methodologies. You will provide guidance to managers and employees during the transition phase, ensuring that stakeholder engagement is maintained throughout the change process, and that all modifications are successfully integrated. You will oversee the effective transition of business changes as part of financial reviews.

Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging key stakeholders, including HR, Health and Safety, and TUS representatives, to deliver optimal solutions for those affected by the changes.
  • Facilitating monthly stakeholder meetings to keep those impacted informed about the changes being enacted.
  • Collaborating with essential stakeholders to identify and resolve issues that may hinder successful change delivery.
  • Coaching managers to effectively lead and manage the change process, enhancing the capabilities of their teams.
  • Identifying potential risks and issues, and communicating any implications for the business.
  • Creating a communication strategy and maintaining ongoing dialogue with corporate communications to ensure a unified message regarding organizational changes.

Candidate Profile

To excel as the Business Change Manager, you should possess:

  • Experience in developing and executing change management strategies and applying relevant methodologies.
  • A proven track record of managing the impact of change on personnel.
  • Experience in contributing to change plans for projects affecting multiple teams.
  • Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to secure agreement and recognize resistance to significant changes.
  • Experience in crafting internal communications.
  • Understanding of benefit identification and realization.

Additional Information

Please note that the DVSA does not hold a UK Visa & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker License and cannot sponsor individuals for Skilled Worker Sponsorship.

Travel across the UK to visit DVSA sites will be required, including overnight stays.

While we welcome applications from part-time candidates, a minimum number of hours per week will be required.
