About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Manager to join our team at Unite Foundation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business change and ensuring a smooth transition to new processes, technologies, and structures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Change Workstreams: Responsible for supporting and leading change workstreams across multiple complex projects, ensuring effective planning, implementation, and adoption of new initiatives.
  2. Develop Change Strategy: Work with the Change Management Lead to develop a comprehensive change strategy and plans to support business objectives and change initiatives, aligning with the organization's overall vision and goals.
  3. Establish Change Methodologies: Collaborate with the Change Management Lead to establish and implement change management methodologies, define the change toolkit, templates, and ways of working to consistently deliver change initiatives across the organization.
  4. Deliver Change Initiatives: Leverage your experience and established change management methodologies and tools to consistently deliver change initiatives across the organization, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessment.
  5. Integrate Change Plans: Work with Project Managers to create and integrate change plans in support of projects, taking into account the impact on people, processes, and systems, and ensuring that change management is considered from project inception to completion.
  6. Develop Communication Plans: Develop comprehensive communication plans at a program and project level to convey the reasons for change, expected benefits, and impact on individuals and teams.
  7. Engage Stakeholders: Identify and engage with key stakeholders affected by the change, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed throughout the change process.
  8. Conduct Change Impact Assessments: Conduct detailed change impact assessments on how the change will impact different aspects of the organization, including people, processes, and technology.
  9. Develop Training Programs: Work with the Learning team to assess skill gaps resulting from the change and develop training programs to address them.
  10. Manage Stakeholder Engagement: Actively define and manage stakeholder mapping and engagement to ensure senior leadership is fully engaged in supporting the deployment and adoption of change across the business and IT.
  11. Monitor Progress: Establish metrics to monitor the progress and success of the change initiative, ensuring continuous improvement and embedding effective change principles in everything we do.
  12. Embed Change Principles: Define and develop a change network of interested and engaged participants from across the business to embed effective change principles in everything we do.
  13. Ensure Handover: Ensure handover from program/project deliverables into business as usual and continuous improvement, ensuring change is seen as an ongoing consideration for continually developing, improving, and embedding solutions and ways of working.
  14. Oversee Change Calendar: Work with the PMO to oversee the change calendar, having the confidence to challenge business leaders to prevent change saturation and fatigue.
What We're Looking For
  1. Experience in Technology-Led Change: Ideally, experience in technology-led/enabled change, such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, or PMS solutions.
  2. Change Management Expertise: Deep experience of successfully designing, planning, and delivering end-to-end change workstreams in complex organizations.
  3. Change Management Certification: Ideally, Change Management certification, such as Prosci or APMG.
  4. Communication and Influencing Skills: Ability to understand and empathize with individuals and teams affected by the change, and to influence others to move towards a common goal.
  5. Project Management Principles: Understanding of project management principles to integrate change management into project plans.
  6. Curiosity and Willingness to Challenge: Curious and willing to challenge the status quo, with the ability to manage and navigate ambiguity.
