About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Transformation Project Manager to join our team at GB035 Mercer (UK) Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading complex business transformation projects and programs to deliver strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation projects and programs, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
  • Develop and implement strategic change management plans to ensure effective integration and operationalization of changes.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to identify and prioritize business transformation initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress and outcomes to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Engage with the Transformation & Change Community of Practice to share best practices and improve methods and standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading complex business transformation projects and programs, with a strong track record of delivering strategic business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Strong change management credentials, with experience in guiding and motivating teams through change.
  • Ability to operate in a global matrix environment, with a high degree of self-sufficiency and motivation.
  • Experience in managing business and technology solutions delivery lifecycles, using appropriate disciplines and methodologies.
