Position Overview
Our Qualifications Customer Support division is in search of a skilled and committed professional to contribute to Innovate on a hybrid work model.

Work Arrangement

Key Responsibilities
- Implement qualification assessments and examinations across diverse sectors.
- Develop and enforce product and service policies, processes, and procedures at an organizational level.
- Maintain and enhance standards in assessment and assessment delivery.
- Review the effectiveness of assessment tools.
- Manage a remote workforce of associates.

Qualifications and Skills
- Ensure operational execution of new qualifications and quality endorsement services.
- Lead the delivery of external assessments.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Oversee examination administration.
- Serve as the primary contact for examination inquiries.
- Support External Quality Assurers (EQAs) and manage EQA activities.
- Utilize technology for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Understand the role of the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) in ensuring organizational compliance.

Regulatory Knowledge
Possess a comprehensive understanding of Ofqual and Awarding Organisations within the context of Apprenticeship Standards and qualifications, along with national risk-based assessment systems and best practices.

Project Management Skills
Demonstrate knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and strategies, including awareness of potential pitfalls.
