We are excited to announce an opening for a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic Sales team. This role is primarily focused on leveraging our marketing tools to secure qualified sales appointments for our broader Sales team. While experience in IT channel sales is not mandatory, we welcome candidates with sales backgrounds from other sectors who are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new clients by generating leads through research, cold calling, and utilizing platforms like LinkedIn to establish new connections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and deliver compelling pitches.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to outbound calls and sales activities.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies using resources available within the organization to generate leads and enhance engagement.
  • Participate in seminars, technology events, and networking opportunities to expand industry knowledge.
  • Accurately maintain and update lead information in the CRM and other relevant systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, Office, and email applications.
  • Comfortable with both cold and warm calling to new and existing clients.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong prospecting skills utilizing various platforms and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of performing under pressure.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic.

Compensation & Benefits: The salary for this position is competitive, reaching up to £35,000 per annum, based on relevant experience in similar roles. Additionally, we offer an attractive commission structure.
