About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks and efficient communication with clients and suppliers. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating administrative duties to support the sales team's success
- Assisting with itinerary preparation and collating information for travel arrangements
- Maintaining and updating database information to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Managing flight bookings and reservations to meet client needs
- Liaising with clients and suppliers to provide exceptional customer service
- Producing information documents and ensuring timely delivery to clients
- Working across various regions including Africa, Canada, USA, Europe, and Southeast Asia
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the team's success
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in travel bookings and flight systems
- Knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus or similar systems
- Ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality
- Confidence in liaising with clients and the sales team
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Passion for the travel industry and a willingness to learn and grow
