Job Description

Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Sales Support Administrator in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team in coordinating administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Assist in collating information for itineraries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage flight bookings and create reservations, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers, both domestically and internationally, to resolve queries and issues.
  • Contribute to the production of information documents and ensure timely distribution to clients.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within travel bookings and flight systems.
  • Knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Confidence in liaising with high-net-worth clients and the sales team.
