Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Sales Support Administrator in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the sales team in coordinating administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Assist in collating information for itineraries and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage flight bookings and create reservations, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers, both domestically and internationally, to resolve queries and issues.
- Contribute to the production of information documents and ensure timely distribution to clients.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data analysis and reporting.
- Previous experience working within travel bookings and flight systems.
- Knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus systems is highly desirable.
