We are seeking a dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our thriving Sales team. This role will primarily focus on leveraging our marketing tools to secure qualified sales appointments for our broader Sales team. While experience in IT channel sales is not mandatory, we welcome candidates with sales backgrounds from various sectors who are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, generating new leads through research, cold calling, and utilizing platforms like LinkedIn to establish new connections.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to prepare proposals and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to outbound calls and sales activities.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies using available resources to generate leads and foster engagement.
  • Participate in seminars, technology events, and networking opportunities to enhance industry knowledge.
  • Accurately maintain and update lead information within CRM systems and other relevant platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel, Office, and email communication.
  • Comfortable with both cold and warm calling to new and existing clients.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong prospecting skills utilizing various platforms and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of performing under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Compensation & Benefits: The salary for this position is competitive, with potential earnings up to £35,000 per annum, based on relevant experience in similar roles. A performance-based commission structure is also in place.

Work Environment: The typical working arrangement will be at our office, with a flexible hybrid working policy allowing a combination of office and remote work.

Our standard working hours are 37 per week, structured as follows: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 17:30, and Friday from 08:30 to 16:30 or 09:00 to 17:00.
