**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work closely with the Director of Fundraising to develop and implement Major Donor and Corporate strategies
* Lead on the implementation of these strategies and contribute to their continual progression
* Ensure income maximisation through Gift Aid and tax-effective giving, where applicable
* Collaborate with the Director of Fundraising to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of experience in high-value fundraising or commercial
* Experience of winning significant funding from major donors/corporates or commercial equivalent
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
