Job Summary

Omni is seeking a highly skilled HR Projects Business Partner to join our professional HR team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting and driving forward HR projects, including the company's EDI strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the strategic and operational requirements of the Company's EDI strategy, targets, and objectives.
  • Drive forward EDI actions in relation to attracting and onboarding; creating an inclusive culture and working practices; and developing diverse talent and EDI awareness.
  • Coordinate activity across key stakeholders/diversity strands, including collaboration across teams that support the delivery of EDI activity where required.
  • Provide input to the HR team on EDI best practice to enhance the broader HR Strategy, policy, and activity.
  • Engage with Corporate Communications on EDI content plans to integrate this with the Company's Employee Value Proposition and employer brand.
  • Embed continual positive change in balance with the business needs of the Company.
  • Work alongside the HR Business Analyst to drive enhancements in EDI data collection and analysis to highlight trends, progress, potential risks to the EDI strategy.
  • Lead the implementation of assigned HR initiatives, which may include policy development; enhancements of existing, or creation of, new frameworks, process, or provisions.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance existing HR processes and practices.

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner with project management experience within the financial services/professional services industry, with a passion for EDI.
