We are looking for a skilled and personable Receptionist to join our Front Office Team at Quest Liverpool City Centre. Our establishment operates around the clock, necessitating shifts that may include early (7am-3.30pm) or late (3pm-11.30pm) hours, with occasional night shifts.

This is a part-time role, requiring 32 hours of work each week.

As a valued Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm and inviting welcome to our guests, ensuring their departure experience is equally pleasant by personalizing their stay based on their needs and travel plans.
  • Taking proactive steps to address customer requirements in a resourceful manner.
  • Engaging in the ongoing learning and mastery of administrative tasks, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and excellence in service.
  • Completing all shift responsibilities to the required standards and ensuring comprehensive handovers to the next shift.
