About Us & The Role

The Exhibition Centre Liverpool is part of the city's vibrant waterfront event campus, hosting a variety of national and international events.

We play a pivotal role in promoting Liverpool, having successfully hosted numerous significant events, and we continue to have an exciting lineup of activities planned.

The selected candidate will serve as a key manager overseeing designated events across the Exhibition Centre Liverpool.

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all attendees receive exceptional customer service while feeling secure and welcomed during their time at our venue.

Key qualifications for this position include a minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in Event or Operational Management. We seek candidates who exhibit the following attributes:

Capability to handle multiple tasks

Ability to perform well under pressure

Strong communication skills with a diverse audience

Effective problem-solving abilities

A commitment to continuous improvement

Flexibility to work hours dictated by the business, including evenings, weekends, and night shifts, is essential for this role. This position is entirely operational, with working hours determined by the event schedule.
