Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Team Member to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our reception team, you will be the face of our hotel brand, responsible for making our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Takes care of guests from their arrival through to their departure, ensuring check-in and check-out are done with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high-quality services throughout their stay.
  • Looks after guests' reservations and takes care of those in our restaurant and bar.
  • Helps meet the departments' quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Promotes the hotel's offer and helps to meet the departments' quantitative targets through sales efforts.
  • Looks after the breakfast restaurant and bar.
  • Implements brand and Group projects and identity features.
  • Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration.
  • Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks, providing a response as soon as possible.
  • Conveys a good hotel image.
  • Respects the reservation commitments in full.

Requirements

  • Service-focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Work Environment

  • You will be a key member of the reception team and the face of the hotel brand.
