The Role

At Crowne Plaza Liverpool John Lennon Airport, we're seeking a skilled Guest Services Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll be responsible for orchestrating the seamless operation of our guest services, collaborating with various departments to elevate our service levels, and innovating to exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Business Excellence Manager to set and achieve service excellence standards
  • Lead and motivate the Guest Service team to deliver exceptional service and support
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
