About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Team Member. As a key member of our reception team, you will be the face of our hotel brand, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high-quality services throughout their stay, including handling reservations, restaurant, and bar services.
  • Anticipate and meet guests' needs, handling any complaints or remarks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respect reservation commitments and maintain a high level of accuracy in all guest interactions.

Requirements
