About the Role

As a Guest Services Team Member with Accor, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience from check-in to check-out. You will be the mastermind behind crafting an unforgettable stay, anticipating guests' needs, and exceeding their expectations.

What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of amazing.
  • Take care of guests' reservations, restaurant, and bar needs.
  • Contribute to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high-quality services throughout their stay.
  • Help meet the department's quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Promote the hotel's offer and help meet the department's quantitative targets through your sales efforts.
